C-Zentrix was at the campus for the placement drive on 28 November 2019. After a rigorous selection procedure, the company selected Azhar Ali and Vaibhav Saini of BTech CSE. C- Zentrix is the fastest-growing customer experience solution provider which brings the most comprehensive solution for multi-touch contact centres offered on-premise, on cloud or hybrid. C-Zentrix is the flagship brand of Towards Vision Technologies Private Limited (TVT).
Before the recruitment process, Department of External Programs of the university explained all the necessary details to the Q-mates such as company profile, roles and responsibilities to be undertaken after selection, remunerations etc. Students were given a chance to interact with the team members of C-Zentrix to clarify their doubts before the recruitment process. The team of C-Zentrix explained various benefits of working with them, such as great work culture, high incentive and awesome mentorship to Q-mates. The selection procedure comprised of three rounds – online test, technical test and personal interview. After the interview round, the results were announced and two students got selected at attractive pay packages.
