Program Structure
The Integrated B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) is a prestigious five-year full-time professional degree program offered by the Quantum School of Law, Quantum University, Roorkee. These programs are meticulously designed in alignment with the Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) guidelines of the University Grants Commission (UGC) and the Bar Council of India’s legal education framework, ensuring students receive a comprehensive legal education while also gaining interdisciplinary exposure through arts or business administration.Spanning ten semesters, both programs require the successful completion of 318 credits, integrating theoretical knowledge, practical training, and professional development components.The law program comprises a comprehensive curriculum designed to ensure both academic depth and professional readiness. It includes 60 credits from the Foundation Core (MDC). The Discipline Specific Core (DSC) accounts for 191 credits, 30 credits are offered as Discipline Specific Electives (DSE), Skill and Ability Enhancement Courses (AEC & SEC) contribute 18 credits, Additionally, 9 credits are allocated to Value Added Courses (VAC) that promote soft skills, ethical awareness, and personal development. Practical exposure is ensured through 10 internship credits (SI). Lastly, a mandatory non-credit Audit Course in Disaster Management addresses both regulatory compliance and societal responsibility.
Teaching & Assessment
