Program Structure
Quantum University’s Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Intelligence & Analytics, offered in collaboration with Samatrix, is a 3-year full-time undergraduate program designed to prepare students for data-driven decision-making roles in modern businesses. Aligned with NEP 2020 and NCrF guidelines and structured under the Choice-Based Credit System (CBCS), the program integrates core business education with advanced analytics and intelligence training. Foundational subjects like management principles, business economics, financial accounting, and business communication are complemented by cutting-edge courses in data analytics. Students earn credits across nine categories: Discipline Specific Core (DSC), Discipline Specific Elective (DSE), Multidisciplinary Core (MDC), Multidisciplinary Minor/Open Electives (MN/OE), Ability Enhancement Courses (AEC), Skill Enhancement Courses (SEC), Value Added Courses (VAC), Summer Internship (SI), and Project (PR).
Developed in collaboration with Samatrix, a leading AI and data science company, the program covers key areas such as data visualization, business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau), predictive analytics, data mining, machine learning, SQL, Python for analytics, and real-time business decision-making. A strong emphasis is placed on experiential learning through industry projects, live dashboards, case-based learning, and analytics labs. Students participate in semester-wise practical assignments, a mandatory summer internship after the third semester, and a final-year capstone research project. This industry-aligned program equips students with in-demand analytical, technical, and strategic skills needed to excel in roles such as business analyst, data consultant, and BI specialist across sectors like finance, marketing, logistics, and IT.
