Grievance Redressal

At Quantum University, we are committed to maintaining a fair, transparent, and student-centric environment across all spheres of academic and campus life. The Grievance Redressal Cell has been established to address concerns and grievances of students, faculty, and staff in a structured, confidential, and timely manner.

We believe that every individual deserves to be heard, and through this system, we aim to ensure that all voices are acknowledged and resolved with empathy, accountability, and due process.

Objectives

  • To create a responsive and accountable mechanism for the redressal of grievances.
  • To provide a safe, respectful, and confidential platform for individuals to express concerns.
  • To ensure prompt action on issues related to academics, administration, conduct, or services.

What Can Be Reported?

Students and staff may file grievances related to:

  • Academic issues (exams, attendance, evaluation, teaching methods)
  • Administrative delays or inefficiencies
  • Hostel and mess-related concerns
  • Harassment or misconduct
  • Infrastructure or facility-related problems
  • Any other matter affecting student/staff welfare and satisfaction

Grievance Redressal Process

  1. Filing the Grievance – Individuals can submit grievances online through the official portal or offline by visiting the Grievance Redressal Cell.
  2. Acknowledgment – Each grievance is acknowledged, and a reference ID is issued for tracking.
  3. Review & Resolution – The concerned committee reviews the grievance, interacts with the relevant parties if needed, and aims to resolve the issue within a stipulated time frame.
  4. Feedback & Closure – Once resolved, the complainant is informed of the outcome and given an option to provide feedback on the process.

Confidentiality & Non-Retaliation

All grievances are handled with strict confidentiality. The university ensures no retaliation or bias against any individual who files a genuine complaint in good faith.
