Women's Cell – Empowering Voices, Ensuring Safety

At Quantum University, the Women’s Cell stands as a beacon of empowerment, dignity, and inclusivity. It is a dedicated body committed to creating a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all women on campus, including students, faculty, and staff.

The primary aim of the Women’s Cell is to uphold gender equality, promote women’s rights, and ensure that every woman in the university ecosystem feels heard, valued, and protected. The cell actively works to prevent and address issues related to gender-based discrimination, harassment, and inequality.

What We Do

  • Awareness & Sensitization: Through workshops, talks, seminars, and campaigns, we educate the campus community on gender sensitivity, safety, and women’s empowerment.
  • Support & Redressal: We offer a confidential and approachable platform for women to report grievances or concerns, ensuring timely and fair resolutions.
  • Counseling & Guidance: The Cell also provides emotional and psychological support through professional counselors, helping students and staff navigate challenges confidently.
  • Skill Building & Leadership: We promote capacity-building initiatives that inspire women to grow as leaders, innovators, and changemakers.

Key Objectives

  • Ensure a gender-just and inclusive campus.
  • Foster awareness on issues related to women’s rights and safety.
  • Address complaints of harassment or misconduct with empathy and transparency.
