Quantum University Hosts ‘Morphosis’ Workshop to Foster Creativity and Innovation

21 April 2026

Quantum University successfully organized a two-day multidisciplinary workshop titled “Morphosis” on the occasion of World Creativity and Innovation Day, aimed at encouraging students to embrace creative thinking, innovation, and design-led problem-solving. The workshop was conducted on 21–22 April 2026 by the Department of Civil Engineering, in collaboration with the Creative Arts Department and the Department of Media Studies, under the initiative of Civilinks: The Club.

The workshop was facilitated by Paul Damle, a globally recognized design expert, educator, and motivational speaker, who brought valuable industry insights and an inspiring perspective on creativity-driven learning. Through interactive sessions, practical exercises, and thought-provoking discussions, he introduced students to modern design approaches, innovative problem-solving techniques, and the importance of creative thinking in addressing real-world challenges.

A key highlight of “Morphosis” was its multidisciplinary nature, bringing together students from diverse academic backgrounds—including Civil Engineering, Creative Arts, and Media Studies—onto a common platform for collaboration and idea exchange. The workshop featured engaging activities focused on teamwork, critical thinking, and innovation, enabling participants to explore fresh perspectives and develop practical, solution-oriented mindsets.

The enriching experience left students inspired to think beyond conventional boundaries and adopt a more creative, design-oriented approach in their academic and professional pursuits. The workshop concluded with enthusiastic participation and positive feedback, marking “Morphosis” as a successful initiative that reflected Quantum University’s commitment to fostering innovation, interdisciplinary learning, and holistic student development.
