The Department of Management Studies at Quantum University organized an industrial visit to Finolex Cables Ltd. on August 18, 2025, for 43 BBA 1st-year students. The visit, which took place from 9:42 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., was coordinated by Dr. Pooja Kohli and Dr. Ravikant Jaiswal.
Welcome and Orientation

Upon arrival, the students were warmly welcomed by Mr. B.K. Sinha, who introduced his team and outlined the day’s proceedings. The Quality In-Charge gave a detailed briefing on the safety protocols to be followed within the plant premises, ensuring that students understood the importance of discipline and workplace safety in an industrial environment.

The tour offered students firsthand exposure to the industrial practices, operations, and management strategies adopted by Finolex Cables Ltd., a leading manufacturer of cables, wires, LED lights, and fans.
