Ravi Shankar Upadhyay

Mr. Ravi Shankar Upadhyay is a seasoned media professional and academic with over 22 years of multifaceted experience in journalism, media education, and strategic communication. He holds a postgraduate degree in Journalism & Mass Communication and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. from Sharda University. He is also an alumnus of the prestigious Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC), JNU Campus, New Delhi, and has received training at the Film and Television Institute of India (FTII), Pune.

Research & Patents

Mr. Upadhyay began his career as a correspondent with leading media organizations, including The Times of India, AAJ TAK, and Dainik Jagran, where he spent over a decade covering hundreds of news stories in the NCR region, including numerous breaking news events. His extensive professional experience spans reporting, editorial work, media management, and teaching in media academics. He has combined practical industry expertise with academic pursuits to contribute significantly to journalism education and media research.
