Dr. Kavita Varma is a faculty member in the Department of Media Studies. She has completed her Ph.D. in Science & Technology Communication from AcSIR-CSIR-NIScPR. She also holds an M.Phil. from Mahatma Gandhi Antarrashtriya Hindi Vishwavidyalaya (MGAHV), Wardha, Maharashtra, and an M.Sc. in Mass Communication from the University of Lucknow.

Kavita brings a strong academic foundation and research expertise in media studies, with a particular focus on science communication and mass media. Her work emphasizes bridging the gap between scientific knowledge and public understanding, while promoting innovative approaches in media education and communication.
