Ms. Aditi Mishra holds an LL.M. in Business Law from Dharamshastra National Law University, Jabalpur, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights from NLSIU, Bengaluru. Her academic specialization encompasses business law, competition law, and intellectual property law, supported by experience in academia, litigation, and legal research. She secured the 3rd rank in her LL.M. program, reflecting her academic excellence and strong analytical foundation.

Research & Patents

Her research contributions focus on emerging legal challenges, including digital privacy, competition law, and the taxation of digital platforms. She has presented and published scholarly work in these areas and has actively participated in national conferences and Faculty Development Programs to enhance her academic engagement. Ms. Mishra has co-convened university-level moot court competitions and served as a judge at inter-university debate events, fostering advocacy skills and academic discourse among students.
