Dr. Shalini Verma

Dr. Shalini Verma holds a Ph.D. in Management and is UGC NET qualified. She brings a strong interdisciplinary academic background, having completed an MBA with dual specializations in Human Resources and Marketing, an MA in English, and a B.Ed. Her academic journey reflects a commitment to both managerial excellence and the broader humanistic dimensions of education.

With extensive experience in teaching, mentorship, and community engagement, Ms. Verma is recognized for her expertise in HR and Marketing as well as her student-centric pedagogical approach. She emphasizes holistic learning, professional ethics, and the integration of contemporary management practices into the classroom environment.

Dr. Verma has been honored with several awards for her contributions to education and society. She received the “Best Teacher” award from the U.P. Government at the Shikshak Samman Samaroh (2021) and has also been recognized on International Women’s Day and Mother’s Day for her impactful work in promoting education and empowerment within the community.

Her professional interests include Human Resource Management, Marketing, organizational development, and educational leadership. She continues to inspire learners through academic rigor, compassionate mentorship, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

Research & Patents

Dr. Verma is a distinguished researcher and scholar, having authored four books, eight book chapters, and twelve research papers, in addition to completing six significant projects. Her research interests span human resource management, organizational behavior, marketing strategies, and the integration of educational practices with social development. She actively participates in and organizes workshops, seminars, and faculty development programs, promoting knowledge dissemination and academic excellence. Her contributions as a coordinator, counselor, and academician reflect her exceptional organizational skills and her dedication to fostering innovation, research, and social responsibility in both management and education.
