Dr. Jaiswal holds a Ph.D. in Management from Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith University, Varanasi. His areas of expertise include research, finance, human resource management, and law. With a strong academic foundation, he has contributed to both teaching and research, guiding students in their academic and professional development.
