Dr. Pooja Kohli holds a Ph.D. in Commerce (Human Resource Management) from Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University, Uttarakhand (a central university). Her areas of expertise include human resource management, work-life balance, job performance, performance management, employee engagement, sustainable tourism, mobile banking, and digital payments.

Research & Patents

Her professional development includes participation in 18 workshops, 15 faculty development programs (FDPs), 8 seminars, 6 international conferences, and 1 national conference, along with the publication of 6 research papers in ABDC-C and UGC-CARE-listed journals.

She was awarded the Best Paper Prize at an international conference. She received the ICSSR Doctoral Fellowship. She also holds a certification in Marketing Research Analysis from NPTEL.
