Niharika Vardhan Saxena

Designation : Assistant Professor

Ms. Niharika is a UGC-NET qualified Home Science academician. She holds a Master’s degree in Home Science (Food Science & Nutrition) from Banasthali Vidyapith and a Bachelor’s degree in Home Science from Kumaun University. She also completed a Diploma in Food Processing and Service from Banasthali Vidyapith, Rajasthan. Her areas of expertise include Food Science, Nutrition Science, Community Nutrition, Food Product Development, and Food Service Management.

Research & Patents

Ms. Niharika has authored four book chapters and one research paper, presented at five national and international conferences, and published three patents. She has successfully completed faculty development programs and currently serves as the PROPs Coordinator of PAHAL – Ek Nanha Kadam. Additionally, she has guided Master’s students in dissertation writing, contributing significantly to academic mentorship and research.
