Ms. Meha holds a Master’s degree in Food and Nutrition from Panjab University, Chandigarh. Her areas of expertise include Food Science, Food Microbiology, Nutritional Biochemistry, and Human Development. She secured the second rank in her undergraduate batch at Lady Irwin College, Delhi University, and has received certificates of appreciation from Deakin University, Australia, for “Introduction to Sustainability and Development,” and from Central Queensland University for “Learning and Memory: Understandings from Educational Neuroscience.” She has also been recognized for her contributions in coordinating inter-college events.

Research & Patents

Ms. Meha has authored book chapters in Nutrition in Digital India and Current Trends in Food and Nutrition (Volume 4). She has presented research papers on topics such as the nutritional composition of millets and has guided students in dissertations related to the development and evaluation of barley- and peanut-based food products for schoolchildren. Her work demonstrates a strong commitment to research, education, and practical applications in nutrition and food science.
