Dr. Mridula Pandey holds a Ph.D. in Food and Nutrition from Acharya Narendra Deva University of Agriculture and Technology, Kumarganj, Ayodhya, and a master's degree from Banaras Hindu University. Her expertise includes research and advanced nutritional analysis techniques, such as FTIR, proximate composition evaluation, and textural assessments, ensuring the quality, safety, and functionality of food products. Her areas of focus also include food security, nutritional deficiencies, dietary recommendations, and related topics.
