Human Anatomy & Physiology Lab

Human Anatomy & Physiology Lab

The Human Anatomy & Physiology Lab provides students with a practical environment to explore the structure and function of the human body. Students learn to identify bones, muscles, organs, and tissues while also performing experiments related to physiological processes such as respiration, circulation, and nerve conduction. The lab emphasizes both theoretical understanding and practical skills through the use of anatomical models, preserved specimens, and modern clinical instruments. Students gain experience in microscopy, histology, and basic clinical assessments such as ECG recording, blood pressure measurement, and lung function testing. This exposure equips students with a strong foundation for clinical practice and advanced paramedical training.

Tools & Equipment Used: Human skeletons, anatomical models (heart, brain, kidney, eye, etc.), charts, microscopes, prepared histology slides, dissection kits, preserved specimens, ECG machine, sphygmomanometer, stethoscope, spirometer, hemoglobin meter, and digital thermometers.
