The Marketing Club of Quantum University successfully organized “The Ultimate Sales Challenge” on 23 February 2026, creating a vibrant platform for students to experience real-time marketing and sales in a competitive environment. The event was designed as an experiential learning activity where students could apply their classroom knowledge to practical business scenarios while demonstrating creativity, teamwork, and entrepreneurial skills.

The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students across various academic programs. A total of 102 student participants set up and managed 35 sales stalls, while around 50 volunteers supported the smooth coordination and management of the event. The initiative transformed the venue into a lively marketplace where students had the opportunity to interact directly with customers, develop marketing strategies, and enhance their sales techniques.
The stalls offered a diverse range of products and services, reflecting the creativity and business acumen of the participants. Students showcased handmade products, food items, girls’ accessories, perfumes, clothing, beauty products, Holi colours, games, and electronic gadgets. Each stall adopted unique marketing approaches to attract customers, demonstrating practical application of concepts such as product presentation, customer engagement, pricing strategies, and promotional tactics.

The event attracted an impressive footfall of nearly 5,000 students from across the university, making it one of the most engaging campus activities of the semester. The enthusiastic response from visitors created a dynamic business environment where participants experienced the excitement and challenges of real-world selling. The high level of participation not only encouraged friendly competition but also fostered a sense of community and collaboration among students.

The success of the event was further strengthened by the generous support of sponsors, including Domino’s Pizza and Coffee Studio JNG, along with additional banner sponsorships. Their contribution added significant value to the event and helped create a vibrant and well-organized marketplace atmosphere for participants and visitors alike.
The competition was evaluated by a distinguished panel of judges comprising Dr. Vinay Pal Singh, Dr. Varsha Gupta, Dr. Amit Saini, and Dr. Mousmi Goyal. The judges assessed each stall based on several criteria including creativity, sales strategy, customer engagement, product presentation, and overall performance. Their evaluation ensured that the competition maintained a fair and professional standard while encouraging participants to showcase their best entrepreneurial abilities.
At the conclusion of the competition, the judges announced the winners based on their overall performance and sales effectiveness.
