Quantum University Organizes Hands-on Training on IoT System Design Using Arduino ESP32

10 September 2026

Quantum University organized a Hands-on Training on IoT System Design Using Arduino/ESP32, providing students with practical exposure to the design and development of IoT-based systems. The training focused on enabling participants to apply engineering knowledge to identify practical problems and develop technology-based solutions.

Through hands-on experimentation, students strengthened their skills in problem analysis, solution design and development, programming, and modern tool usage using Arduino and ESP32 platforms. The practical sessions provided opportunities for students to work with IoT systems and understand the process of translating theoretical concepts into functional technology-based solutions.

The training also emphasized practical implementation through testing, troubleshooting, and integration of hardware and software components. Students participated in both individual and team-based activities, helping them develop collaborative skills while gaining practical experience in implementing IoT systems.

Another important aspect of the training was exposure to considerations related to project management, finance, and feasibility. Students were encouraged to think beyond technical development and consider the practical requirements involved in planning and implementing IoT-based projects.

The training strengthened students’ ability to integrate theoretical engineering concepts with practical IoT system design and implementation. The initiative provided valuable preparation for academic projects and supported the development of technical, problem-solving, teamwork, and project-oriented competencies relevant to future engineering applications.
