Quantum University Organizes Career Counselling Session to Support B.A. Students in Building Corporate Readiness

12 September 2026

Quantum University organized a Career Counselling Session for B.A. Undergraduate Students focused on bridging the gap between academic learning and modern corporate readiness. The session was conducted by Ms. Natasha Gambhir Bajaj, Corporate Readiness Coach & Learning Specialist, and aimed to provide students with greater clarity on post-graduation career pathways.

A key focus of the session was helping students identify and leverage the strengths developed through their humanities education, including analytical reasoning, strong writing skills, and cultural awareness. Students were encouraged to complement their degree with targeted short-term certifications in areas such as digital tools, project management, and specialized software to broaden their professional skill sets.

The session also highlighted the importance of strategic networking and professional visibility. Students were guided on using platforms such as LinkedIn to connect with alumni, industry mentors, and hiring professionals at an early stage. The importance of structured career planning was also discussed, with students encouraged to develop clear post-graduation plans for higher education or entry-level employment.

An interactive Question and Answer session allowed students to discuss individual concerns related to career shifts, gap years, and interview anxiety. Participants received practical guidance on resume building and strategies that could support immediate employment or further academic specialization.

The session provided students with greater clarity regarding their career options while encouraging them to focus on skill diversification, professional networking, and structured planning. The initiative reflected Quantum University's commitment to career guidance, employability development, and preparing students for the transition from academic life to the professional world.
