Quantum University celebrated the 80th Independence Day of India with great enthusiasm, patriotism, and a strong sense of national pride. The celebrations brought together university leadership, faculty members, staff, and students to honour the sacrifices of the freedom fighters and reflect on the responsibilities of building a stronger and more progressive India.
The celebrations commenced with the ceremonial unfurling of the National Flag, followed by the National Anthem. The dignitaries and members of the Quantum family paid tribute to the nation's freedom struggle and commemorated the values of unity, democracy, responsibility, and service that continue to guide the country.
The occasion was marked by inspiring address by the honorable Vice Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Vivek Kumar, highlighting the significance of Independence Day and the role of the younger generation in shaping India's future. Students were encouraged to uphold the values of discipline, integrity, unity, and responsible citizenship while contributing positively to society and the nation's development.
Adding vibrancy to the celebrations, students presented a series of patriotic and cultural performances, showcasing their talent and expressing their love for the nation through music, presentations, and coordinated performances.
