Quantum University Alumni Association Organises Alumni Connect Session on Banking, Leadership and Career Development

26 September 2026

The Quantum University Alumni Association (QUAA) organised an Alumni Connect Session for current students on September 26, 2026, at Shyamji Auditorium, Quantum University. The session was designed to strengthen interaction between alumni and the student community and provide students with practical perspectives on the evolution of the banking sector, leadership dynamics and the application of academic learning in the corporate world.

The session featured Mr. Ashish Goyal, a distinguished alumnus of Quantum University from the Batch of 2014, who is currently serving as Branch Operation Manager at Axis Bank Ltd. Drawing upon his professional journey from university to a managerial role, he offered students a relatable and experience-based perspective on professional growth and the transition from campus to corporate life.

During the session, Mr. Goyal discussed the evolution of the banking sector and developments shaping the industry. He also shared insights into leadership dynamics, including responsibilities, decision-making and working with teams in a professional environment. Students were encouraged to understand how concepts and skills acquired in the classroom can be applied in day-to-day corporate work.

Another key aspect of the programme was the focus on the campus-to-corporate journey. The interaction encouraged students to connect their academic learning with professional expectations and reflect on diverse career pathways. An interactive session also enabled students to seek insights based on the speaker’s professional experiences, creating a practical learning environment beyond conventional classroom education.

The session received a positive response from the student community, with students showing keen interest in banking, leadership and professional development. The initiative contributed to strengthening the relationship between Quantum University, its alumni and current students while highlighting the constructive role alumni can play in experiential learning, knowledge sharing and student development.

The Alumni Connect Session reinforced the importance of alumni engagement as a platform for practical learning, professional exposure and career awareness. Through continued initiatives of this nature, the Quantum University Alumni Association aims to build a stronger and more purposeful connection between the university’s alumni network and its current student community.
