The Creative Arts Club of Quantum University, Roorkee organized a Mandala Art Competition on September 9, 2026, to encourage creativity, artistic expression and active participation among students from different departments. The competition provided students with a platform to showcase their artistic abilities through the intricate art form of mandala making.

Students from various departments enthusiastically participated in the competition and presented colourful, detailed and creative mandala artworks. The diverse patterns and designs reflected the participants’ imagination, patience, precision and artistic skills, making the competition an engaging and inspiring experience for the university community.

The artworks were evaluated by Dr. Sana Zaidi and Ms. Nisha on the basis of creativity, originality, detailing, neatness, design and overall presentation. Their valuable feedback and encouragement motivated the participants to continue exploring and developing their artistic abilities. The event was coordinated by Ms. Swarnim Chaudhary (Props Coordinator), Ms. Riya Kapil, and student coordinators Spardha and Ankit, whose planning and teamwork contributed to the smooth conduct of the competition.

The prize distribution ceremony was held on September 12, 2026, where the winners were recognized for their outstanding performances. Anvi secured First Place, Ananya won Second Place, and Yash received Third Place. Dr. Sana Zaidi and Ms. Nisha awarded the winners and appreciated their creativity, dedication and artistic efforts. In addition, five other students received appreciation for their remarkable artwork and enthusiastic participation.

The Mandala Art Competition was a successful initiative of the Creative Arts Club, bringing together students from different departments and providing them with an opportunity to express themselves through art. The event promoted creativity, confidence, patience and imagination while fostering a positive spirit of participation and appreciation for artistic expression at Quantum University.
