The Wellness Club at Quantum University is dedicated to enhancing students’ physical and mental well-being through engaging and holistic activities. It promotes a healthy lifestyle on campus through Yoga, Zumba, and Meditation sessions. The club organizes regular fitness challenges, mindfulness workshops, and awareness drives on stress management, nutrition, and mental health. As part of the Passion Program, it encourages students to prioritize self-care and inner balance alongside academics. Wellness Week, expert talks, and relaxation sessions create a positive environment for growth and healing. The club empowers students to lead happier, healthier, and more balanced lives.
