Designation : Assistant Professor

Ms. Simran Singh holds a B.A. LL.B. and an LL.M. in Law, with a strong academic foundation in legal studies and specialized interests in Environmental Law, Human Rights, and Climate Justice. She has qualified UGC-NET in Law and is currently pursuing doctoral studies in Law. Her academic interests reflect a strong focus on environmental governance, constitutional law, and contemporary legal challenges related to sustainability and human rights.

Research & Patents

Ms. Simran Singh has presented research papers on Climate Justice, Human Rights, Environmental Rule of Law, and Sustainable Development Goals at various academic and research forums. She has also completed a specialized course on “Constitution of India and Environmental Governance: Administrative and Adjudicatory Process,” demonstrating her continued engagement with environmental governance and constitutional law. She has actively participated in seminars, workshops, legal awareness programmes, academic training programmes, and youth-oriented academic activities, further strengthening her research skills, legal knowledge, and professional development.
