Dr. Akhilesh Yadav holds a Ph.D. in Law from the University of Allahabad (a Central University). He has published numerous research papers on Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), Legal Aid, Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), and Human Rights. He also specializes in Criminal Law and Constitutional Law.

Research & Patents

Dr. Akhilesh Yadav has published seven research papers in UGC CARE-listed journals, three patents related to legal documentation, and has participated in 25 national and international conferences and seminars.
