Mr. Deepesh Yadav is a Ph.D. Research Scholar in Law at the Central University of Punjab, Bathinda, and has successfully completed his Ph.D. pre-submission seminar. He is UGC-NET/JRF qualified and holds an LL.M. from the University of Allahabad. His areas of academic and research interest include Human Rights, Constitutional Law, Public Policy, Socio-Economic Rights, Environmental Law, and Rural Local Self-Governance, with particular expertise in empirical legal research and interdisciplinary socio-legal studies.

Research & Patents

Mr. Deepesh Yadav has developed a strong research profile through publications in national and international journals, including four Scopus-indexed publications, and a book chapter published by Springer. His scholarly contributions examine contemporary legal and socio-economic challenges, particularly those related to rights, governance, and public policy. Alongside his research activities, his teaching experience reflects his commitment to legal education and the advancement of socio-legal scholarship.
