Mr. Tek Chand holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Hotel Management. He brings over nine years of industry experience and one year and seven months of academic experience. He has worked with reputed hospitality brands, including Taj Hotels & Resorts. His professional expertise includes food production operations, sous-chef responsibilities, hospitality management, and food service standards, supported by substantial practical experience in the hospitality industry.

Experience :

Mr. Tek Chand has combined his industry expertise with academic engagement in food production and hospitality operations. He has completed a Faculty Development Programme (FDP) and contributed to academic research through a paper published in the National Journal of Tourism & Hotel Management. His professional and scholarly interests include hospitality education, food production management, tourism, and service excellence. Through his industry experience and academic contributions, he aims to support practical learning and the development of industry-relevant competencies among hospitality students.
