Mr. Ashish Kumar holds a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management. He brings over three years of industry experience and one and a half years of academic experience. He has worked with reputed hospitality brands, including Radisson Hotels, Hyatt Hotels, and Taj Hotels & Resorts. His areas of expertise include front office operations, hospitality management, guest service excellence, and hotel operations training.

Experience :

Mr. Ashish Kumar has strong academic and industry experience in front office management and hospitality operations. He has completed a Faculty Development Programme (FDP) and received a BRAVO recognition in the Front Office Department. He has also contributed to academic research through a paper published in the International Journal of Tourism & Hotel Management, reflecting his interest in hospitality education, tourism, and service management.
