Ms. Shruti Rawat holds an MBA with dual specialization in Human Resources and Finance and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Management. Her areas of expertise include Human Resource Analytics, Organisational Behavior, International Human Resource Management, and Strategic Management.

Research & Patents

Ms. Shruti Rawat has published two papers in UGC Care-listed journals, one paper in a Scopus-indexed journal, ten book chapters, and holds two patents. She has also actively participated in various national and international conferences, reflecting her commitment to research, knowledge dissemination, and academic excellence.
