Dr. Ritu Bharti is a dedicated academician with a Ph.D. in Commerce from HNB Garhwal University (A Central University), where her research explored the impact of financial inclusion on the socio-economic status of rural women in Uttarakhand. She holds both M.Com and B.Com degrees from the same university. Dr. Bharti is UGC-NET qualified with a Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and also holds the State Eligibility Test (SET) certification from Uttarakhand, reflecting her strong academic credentials.

Research & Patents

Dr. Bharti has presented her research on international platforms, including Bhutan and Nepal, and published scholarly work in Scopus-indexed and UGC-listed journals. Her research interests include financial inclusion, entrepreneurship, and digital finance. She has actively participated in over 15 national and international workshops and faculty development programs, particularly in areas such as research methodology, data analysis, and innovative teaching practices. Dr. Bharti remains committed to interdisciplinary research and continues to contribute to global academic dialogues through conferences and scholarly publications.
