Dr. Ashish Arya holds a Ph.D. in Management, an MBA, and an M.A. in Psychology, and is UGC-NET qualified. His academic and professional expertise is further strengthened by advanced certifications and programmes from globally recognized institutions, including Google, MITx, HarvardX, Yale, the University of Pennsylvania, and Elsevier Research Academy. He is also a Qualified Independent Director through the IICA Databank and a Certified Psychometric Assessment Expert. With around 20 years of combined academic and industry experience, his areas of expertise include Human Resource Management, HR Analytics, Digital HR, Organizational Behaviour, Strategic HRM, Competency Mapping, Performance Management, Psychometric Assessment, and organizational training and consulting.

Research & Patents

Dr. Ashish Arya has made significant contributions to research and academic scholarship through scholarly publications, including research indexed in Scopus and Web of Science, as well as teaching cases published with The Case Centre, Cranfield University. He has authored two books, A Concise Handbook of Business Research and Positive Psychology, and served as Managing Editor of Gurukul Business Review, contributing to its progression to Web of Science indexing. He has supervised numerous MBA dissertations and has served as a resource person for corporate and academic workshops. He has also held academic leadership positions at reputed institutions, contributing to admissions, industry engagement, SWAYAM-NPTEL initiatives, and student projects. His research interests include psychometric assessment, organizational behaviour, mixed-method research, and contemporary approaches to human resource management.
