Dr. Gaurav Aggarwal

Dr. Gaurav Aggarwal was born in 1983 in Himachal Pradesh. He completed his M.Sc. and Ph.D. from Dr. Y.S. Parmar University of Horticulture and Forestry, Solan, Himachal Pradesh. His area of specialization is Plant Molecular Biology and Plant Tissue Culture. He is currently an Associate Professor at Quantum University, Roorkee. He has a total of 13 years of teaching experience.

Research & Patents

Dr. Gaurav Aggarwal has published more than 20 research papers in various national and international journals of repute. He was awarded the 'Best Cited Author' award in 2017 by the Journal of Forestry Research, Springer, China. Dr. Aggarwal has 127 citations and an h-index of 7 to his credit. He is a member of several scientific societies and serves as a referee for various journals. He has also authored seven book chapters and holds four patents. Additionally, he has supervised two M.Sc. theses and has participated in numerous national and international conferences, seminars, and workshops.
