Ms. Manisha Dhami holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Chemistry from Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University (HNBGU), Srinagar, and has qualified the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research – National Eligibility Test (CSIR-NET) in Chemical Sciences (June 2020). Her academic and research interests encompass pericyclic reactions, molecular rearrangements, aromatic heterocycles, organometallic chemistry, and diastereoselective as well as stereoselective transformations. She demonstrates a strong inclination toward exploring mechanistic pathways and reaction kinetics within the domain of synthetic organic chemistry, emphasizing the design and development of efficient, selective, and sustainable chemical processes.

Research & Patents

Ms. Dhami has co-authored a comprehensive review on industrially significant carboxymethyl cellulose, highlighting her interest in the intersection of academic research and industrial application. She has also actively participated in numerous Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) focused on pedagogical innovation, research methodology, and advancements in higher education. Her scholarly pursuits and professional engagements reflect a sustained commitment to excellence in chemical research, academic growth, and the dissemination of scientific knowledge.
