Dr. Shaily Choudhary holds a Ph.D. in Physics (Material Science) from Banasthali Vidyapith, Rajasthan. Her expertise lies in the characterization and fabrication of thin-film perovskite and double perovskite materials. Additionally, she has conducted simulations to study the properties of perovskite materials. Dr. Choudhary has published 9 research articles and 2 book chapters, most of which are indexed in SCI and Scopus, reflecting the quality and impact of her research work.

She was awarded First Runner-Up in the Research Incubation Program organized by the Atal Incubation Center at Banasthali Vidyapith, acknowledging her innovative work in material science.
