Dr. Rupali Mishra holds a Ph.D. in Sciences (Physics) from the University of Allahabad. Her expertise includes the development of semiconductor nanostructures for optoelectronic applications (such as solar cells, LEDs, etc.).

Research & Patents

She has authored several SCI and Scopus-indexed research articles in the field of synthesis and characterization of semiconductor nanostructures. She also has expertise in various characterization techniques, including SAXS/SANS. She has attended various workshops on neutron scattering techniques conducted by BARC.
