Dr. Ajay Kumar Sharma

Designation : Assistant Professor

Dr. Ajay Kumar Sharma holds a Ph.D. in Electronics Science, specializing in thick/thin film technology, from the University of Lucknow, and has conducted research at Dr. R. M. L. Avadh University, Ayodhya, India. His expertise includes the preparation and characterization of thin/thick film technology and transparent conducting oxides (TCO) gas sensors.

Research & Patents

Dr. Ajay has more than fifteen years of teaching experience and has worked as a research assistant on a project funded by the Uttar Pradesh Council of Science and Technology (UPCST), Lucknow, India. Dr. Ajay has authored eight research papers and written several books and book chapters of national and international repute.

Dr. Ajay has completed more than 12 FDPs, 2 NPTEL online certifications, and attended over 8 national and international conferences, including notable publications on gas sensitivity and the characterization of cadmium oxide (CdO) semiconducting thin films deposited by the spray pyrolysis technique.
