Ms. Isha holds a Master’s degree in English and is currently pursuing another Master’s in Psychology. Her areas of expertise include phonetics in English and French, as well as soft skills development. In addition, she holds Postgraduate Diplomas in French and in Travel and Tourism Management, reflecting her interdisciplinary academic background and passion for language and communication.

She is a certified FLE (Français Langue Étrangère) educator and an active member of the FLE Educators Association. Her teaching philosophy emphasizes linguistic proficiency, cross-cultural understanding, and personal growth, enabling students to develop both language mastery and essential life skills.
