Mr. Anand Stiphen holds three Master’s degrees in English, Hindi, and Management, along with a B.Ed. degree. With over 25 years of professional experience, he is a certified Soft Skills Trainer accredited by the Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD), New Delhi, and a CELTA-qualified English Language Trainer certified by the British Council and the University of Cambridge, UK.

Research & Patents

Mr. Stiphen possesses extensive expertise in Soft Skills and English Language Training, having successfully conducted numerous training and development programs for professional students, teachers, police personnel, and CDA account officers. He has also compiled and edited a book on soft skills titled “Campus to Corporate.” Renowned for his engaging and approachable training style, he effectively combines storytelling, activities, exercises, and multimedia to deliver content in an interactive and memorable manner.
