Ms. Madhulika Mittal brings a strong blend of academic excellence and practical expertise in both technology and education. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering and holds an M.Tech (CSE), B.Tech (CSE), a three-year Diploma in Electronics Engineering, and a B.Ed. This diverse academic background enables her to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application, contributing effectively to both technological innovation and educational development.

She has been appointed six times as an Exam Observer for the IIT-Madras Online Degree Program and has actively participated in more than 100 Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), workshops, and training sessions. Additionally, she served as a member of the Editorial Board for the College Magazine at K.L. Polytechnic, Roorkee. She has also completed a one-year apprenticeship as a Diploma Trainee (Electronics) at the Electric Distribution Division, Roorkee, and holds certifications from Microsoft IT Academy in Developing Microsoft .NET Applications for Windows and the Partners in Learning – Teacher Training Program.
