Dr. Amrita Kumari received her Ph.D. from IIT (ISM), Dhanbad, Jharkhand, and her M.Tech. in VLSI Design from Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University (CSVTU), Bhilai, Chhattisgarh. Her research interests include VLSI devices and circuits, CMOS, machine learning, device modeling, sub-decananometer devices, and emerging technologies.
