Mr. Govind Singh is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce and Finance at Quantum University, Roorkee, Uttarakhand. With over six years of academic experience and six years in the industrial sector, he has demonstrated consistent professional growth through innovative teaching methods and proactive academic engagement. His areas of expertise include Accounting, Finance, and Taxation. He has qualified the UGC-NET in both Commerce and Management and holds multiple academic credentials, including M.A. (Economics), M.Com, CA (Inter), and MBA (Banking & Finance). His diverse background enables him to effectively bridge the gap between academic theory and practical financial applications. In addition to his academic role, he serves as a tax advisor to several business organizations.

Mr. Singh has made notable contributions to academia, having authored six international books, eight national books, seven book chapters, one edited volume, and eight research papers published in reputed journals. His MOOC course has been approved by VidyaMitra, a Government of India initiative, underscoring his commitment to advancing digital and open education. He is also a member of several prestigious international academic bodies, including CA Club India, the International Association of Public Health Logisticians, the International Literacy Association, the World Economics Association, and the International Teacher Association. Furthermore, he serves as an empaneled Academic Counsellor (Consultant) for Accounting and Finance at Uttarakhand Open University and Indira Gandhi National Open University, contributing to the growth and quality enhancement of higher education and distance learning in India.
