Ms. Preeti Bisht holds an M.Tech in Water Resources Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Hamirpur, and qualified GATE-2017 in Civil Engineering. Her academic and professional background reflects a strong foundation in Fluid Mechanics, Hydrology, Irrigation Engineering, Sediment Transport, and the application of GIS and Remote Sensing in water resource management. She is deeply interested in sustainable water systems, hydrological modeling, and the integration of advanced geospatial technologies for efficient and sustainable utilization of water resources.

Research & Patents

Ms. Bisht has co-authored a research paper titled “Artificial Groundwater Recharge Planning Using Geospatial Techniques in Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh, India”, highlighting her expertise in the application of geospatial tools for sustainable groundwater management. She has also actively participated in multiple Faculty Development Programs focused on education, research methodologies, technological innovations, and emerging trends in higher education, reflecting her ongoing commitment to academic growth and interdisciplinary learning.
