Dr. Komal Ojha has made significant contributions to research and academic scholarship through research papers, books, book chapters, and a patent in the field of Food Science and Nutrition. Her research focuses on functional foods and nutraceuticals, value-added and micronutrient-rich food product development, nutritional composition, sensory evaluation, and health-oriented nutrition research. She has also authored popular and magazine articles in both Hindi and English on food, nutrition, health, and contemporary issues. In addition, she has served as a peer reviewer for research manuscripts and actively participated in national and international conferences, workshops, and training programmes. Her involvement in organizing academic conferences, training programmes, and capacity-building initiatives reflects her commitment to research, professional development, and the advancement of Food Science and Nutrition.
