5th Convocation Ceremony

• Apply on this link https://qums.quantumuniversity.edu.in/ for convocation registration and clear all your dues with Accounts (if any).
• In case of offline registration, obtain a ‘No dues Performa’ from the Office of Registrar and get, it filled and takes clearance from all the mentioned Departments. You may also authorize your representative (Parents/relative/friends) to take clearance on your behalf and submit it back to the Office of Registrar (hard copy). In case of any physical handing over of assets like Hostel Room or books etc borrowed from the University, you may visit the campus or authorize a representative who could hand over the assets to the University on your behalf.
• The transcript, Character Certificate and Migration Certificate may be received only after applying through proper channel (ERP) * and obtaining No Dues.
• Steps for applying documents* Step 1: Login to your account Step 2: Click on Academic Tab Step 3: Click on Document Apply Step 4: Select Document Name Step 5: Click on Apply button
• It is mandatory to attend full dress rehearsal on 14th of November 2025 at 2.30 PM sharp otherwise, the candidates will not be considered for award of degree/diploma in the convocation.
• Dress for the Convocation is decided as follows:
  1. For Boys – White Kurta-Pyjama of Cotton Fabric with Black leather Shoes (have to arrange by the student as per photo attached)
  2. For Girls – White Kurta-Churidar Pyjami of Cotton Fabric with Black leather Shoes/Bellies (have to arrange by the student as per photo attached)

University Stole will be provided by the University at the time of convocation registration on 14th November, 2025.
