Ceremonial Proceedings
The ceremony commenced with a majestic academic procession and the traditional lighting of the lamp by distinguished guests. The Convocation was officially declared open by the Honourable Chancellor, Shri Ajay Goyal Ji. A moving tribute was paid to the martyrs of Uttarakhand through the inauguration of the Martyrs Wall, dedicated to 14 brave patriots who laid down their lives for the nation. This was followed by Saraswati Vandana and the melodious recital of the University Kulgeet, enhancing the emotional and cultural significance of the day.
A message from the Honourable Governor of Uttarakhand, Mr. Gurmit Singh, was read out, extending heartfelt congratulations and encouraging words to the graduating students.

Vice-Chancellor’s Address
Prof. (Dr.) Vivek Kumar, Honourable Vice-Chancellor of Quantum University, presented a detailed University Progress Report, reflecting on the institution’s academic strides, achievements, and the significance of this inaugural convocation. He emphasized that the event marked not just the culmination of academic efforts, but also the dawn of new opportunities for graduates.

The degree distribution ceremony was officiated by Prof. (Dr.) Rakesh Premi and Prof. (Dr.) Gulshan Chauhan, Dean of Quantum School of Business and Technology, respectively. Degrees and medals were presented by the distinguished Guests of Honour, with formal signings of scrolls carried out by the Honourable Chancellor.
