Hospitality and Tourism Department of Quantum University Roorkee participated in the Uttarakhand Food Festival in Mussoorie from 27th to 29th December 2022. The event is organized by Uttarakhand Tourism Development Board (UTDB) to celebrate delicious pahadi food in Uttarakhand.
During the 5 days of the Mussoorie Winterline Carnival, 3 days were dedicated to the Uttarakhand Food Festival. A lot of locals participated in this mega event and set up stalls to showcase their cooking skills. Along with Quantum University, Ajivika, The Tikki Terrace, Devbhumi Rasoi, Khopche, and many others took part in the festival’s Uttarakhand Pahadi Food theme and represented their local cuisines.
Quantum University is ready to present the traditional cuisines of the Himalayan state and make the audience go lip-smacking with their delectable pahadi cuisine.
