Students of Health Sciences Quantum University Went On An Educational Visit to Medigram Hospital

Faculty of Radiology, Quantum School of Health Sciences organized a Hospital Visit to Medigram Hospital, Saharanpur. The Event included a visit to the hospital’s radiology department where students were demonstrated various radiologic equipment.

The students were introduced to Computed Radiography, Digital Radiography, and Computed Tomography where they were able to observe various radiologic procedures for the first time. The control consoles of all the equipment were demonstrated along with portable equipment used for inward radiography. There was an interactive session of students with patients and a radiographer. Students were also involved in some of the ongoing case studies of the patients.

Before their departure, the students were taught about emergency care of patients related to contrast reaction and management during radiological procedures. The visit was a worthwhile and successful one.
