Quantum University BHM Students Prepares Savoury Italian Cuisine On 25th February 2022, students of Hotel Management prepared Italian Cuisine under the guidance of the organizing coordinator, Chef Parmesh Dutt in the presence of 7 students in the Food Production Lab.

Italian Cuisine has a great variety of different ingredients which are commonly used, ranging from fruits, vegetables, grains, cheeses, meats, and fish. In the North of Italy, fish (such as cod, or baccalà), potatoes, rice, corn (maize), sausages, pork, and different types of cheese are the most common ingredients. Chef Parmesh Dutt said, ” Italian Dishes are worldly famous for their richness and diversity. The most well-known Italian food includes pizza, pasta, lasagne, and gelato which are devoured by people with friends and family. The chef informed students about the methods of preparing Italian Cuisine together with enlightening them about the spices used in it.

The students understood the uses of Herbs and Spices during the preparation of Italian Food. They learned how to prepare various Italian delicacies which were truly lip-smacking.
