Students of BSc (Hons) Agriculture Getting Ready to Reshape the Indian Agriculture

The BSc (Hons) Agriculture students from the School of Agricultural Studies, Quantum University, participated in a 15 Days online training course a few weeks ago. The topic of the study was “Advances In Agripreneurship And Skill Development For Reshaping The Future Of Indian Agriculture.” The course is designed by Agro Environmental Education and Farmer’s Welfare Society, Punjab (AEEFWS).

The students learned the intricacies of various processes, including nursery raising, crop harvesting, high yield outputs, packaging, and transport. They also got the knowledge of cutting-edge technologies and the latest techniques employed in agriculture and allied sectors in the country.

The society is mainly engaged in promoting research in the field of Agricultural and Allied Science to develop the well-being of humankind and farmers. It organizes webinars, workshops and training programs, symposiums on different burning and challenging issues at the National and International levels. The organization also publishes the “Just Agriculture e-Magazine” for the agricultural community.
